Our jewelry is manufactured both domestically and abroad ( a mix of places like India, Thailand and China). We travel the world to bring you the best! Lifetime replacement guarantee

Jewelry returned within 120 days will be replaced at no charge.

After 120 days, please add a $5 PER ITEM handling charge.

If your original selection is no longer available, you may choose another item(s) of equal or greater value, or you will receive a gift certificate for its retail value.

If you select an item(s) of greater value, the retail difference and applicable sales tax are required.

Items may be exchanged with a receipt for an item of similar value if at any time you detect a manufacturing defect. Slight irregularities and variations in stone colors or pearl shape, and inclusions are characteristic of the uniqueness and individual handcraftsmanship of each product and should not be considered defective.

Returns & Exchanges

Because the guarantee is offered by Stella & Dot, ALL returns or exchanges MUST be handled through the company and NOT the Stylist.

Unworn and unused jewelry in the original packaging, accompanied by a receipt, can be returned for any reason for a full refund within 60 days of the date of purchase.

An invoice copy must accompany the return and the item must be returned in new condition and resalable condition.

If an item is returned in exchange for an item of higher value, the retail difference and applicable sales tax will be applied.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer must pay return shipping to the company.

Please allow two to three weeks from the date received for handling.

After 60 days, an item may be exchanged due to a manufacturer’s defect only. Examples include:

non-functional clasp

abnormal discolorations (beyond normal variations in natural stone colors)

jump ring or chain link that is not closed properly

different from described Jewelry may be returned for replacement due to a manufacturer's defect, with your original purchase receipt/proof of purchase lengths

The Lifetime Replacement Guarantee does NOT cover normal wear and tear. Examples include:

jewelry that falls off and is broken or lost

a child pulling on jewelry or catching on something that causes it to stretch or break

dents and scratches that happen during normal wear

jewelry worn in a swimming pool, shower or hot tub causing the jewelry to change in color
